Web application

In this section you will find information on how to use the Tapirx web application.
Login to the Tapirx application here with the credentials you received via email.

Book resource

  1. In the main menu, click "Book"
  2. You can filter resources by type, capacity, location or availability
  3. Choose resource and click "Book"
  4. Choose period and date
  5. Choose from available options
  6. Review booking and input subject

My bookings

  1. Choose "My bookings" from menu
  2. You can see upcoming events created via the Tapirx app
  3. By clicking on "Menu" you can:
    • View this booking in your calendar
    • Edit or remove this booking
In the user area you can also change your password and delete your account.
