Why do I need a subscription?
Our system is server based and the devices would not work without either a cloud server service or the on-premise server installation.
What is included in the subscription?
The subscription contains the hardware and the cloud server service. Each five years, you are entitled for a new device.
What is the initial payment?
Before sending you the device, we charge 24 months in advance.
How can I extend the subscription?
You can extend by credit card or bank transfer payment. We will notify you before the subscription ends.
When can I cancel the subscription?
You can cancel at any time.
Where do you ship?
We ship to most European countries.
