Display the Microsoft 365 room calendar on the Tapirx device

The device shows information about current and upcoming events. The graphical schedule gives you an overview of the meeting room day availability.

In the Tapirx Client administration you can change many settings including language and working hours.

The integration works with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Exchange Server.

Use Outlook

You can book the room from your Outlook calendar as you are used to. Set location or invite the meeting rooom email address when creating an event in Outlook.

When the device refreshes, the event will appear on the Tapirx screen. you can set the refresh period in our Client administration.

Use the Tapirx smartphone app

Book the room directly from the Tapirx screen with the Tapirx mobile app. You can simply scan a QR code from the Tapirx device to open a new event dialogue in the Tapirx Android or iOS app.

With the Tapirx smartphone app you can create an event in the Microsoft 365 meeting room easily in just a few clicks.

Book the room from the Tapirx Touch 7.5" screen

With Tapirx Touch 7.5" you can book the Microsoft 365 meeting room directly from the screen. After pressing the Book button you will see the list of available time periods. If selected and confirmed the room will be booked.

After successful booking you can also cancel the created booking from the screen by pressing the Cancel button.

We also provide a Check-in functionality. The room will be released if nobody checks-in within a period of time. This can be changed, enabled or disabled in our client administration.

Install in a few steps

Start with creating a resource in Microsoft 365. Then you can allow access by using a delegated user or a Microsoft Entra ID application. Assign a Tapirx device to the resource and that's it.
