As the company’s headcount steadily increased, boosting efficiency became just as important for internal operations as it was for client projects. While fully digital systems were already in place, Shiwaforce recognized the need to optimize the physical workspace as well.
With this in mind, they approached the Tapirx team to implement a precise and reliable system that would seamlessly integrate with their existing digital infrastructure.
The goal was to make meeting room bookings more transparent, faster, and more predictable.
One of Shiwaforce’s key requirements was that all data should be stored on their own on-premise virtual server.
Implementation: First Steps
We presented our meeting room booking system concept: an energy-efficient Tapirx tablet equipped with an e-ink display that shows bookings in real time. Thanks to its technology, the device can operate for several months on a single charge and sends notifications when the battery is running low.
The tablet can be easily mounted on meeting room glass doors and connects to the network via Wi-Fi, continuously updating room availability information. Additionally, the system can be integrated with the existing Google Workspace environment.
