Getting the subscription
You can complete the order on
this page or you can
contact us for an offer.
We charge two years in advance as initial payment.
Extending the subscription
When the subscription is about to end, we will notify you by email. The subscription can be extended by credit card payment or we can send you a proforma invoice.
Cancelling the subscription
You can cancel the subscription at any time. We will refund the overpayment to your credit card or to your bank account.
We will organize pick-up of the devices at your address or you can send the devices back to us.
Faulty devices
In the event of a device failure, we will send you a new unit.
New device every five years
You are entitled to device replacement every five years. This service is upon request from the client.
