Resources

Resources are meeting rooms, workspaces or any other type you need. You can set capacity and location and connect the resource to the calendar.

Log in to client admin

  • Log in to the user area with your client admin credentials here
  • Click on the "Client admin" link in menu
  • Select "Resources"

Working with resources

Add resource
  • Click on "Add resource"
  • Select resource type. There are two standard types (Meeting room and Workspace). You can also add your own type here
  • Insert capacity and resource name
Edit resource
  • Click on "Menu" next to the resource name in the list
  • Click on "Edit"
  • Change resource type, capacity or name
Remove resource
  • Click on "Menu" next to the resource name in the list
  • Click on "Remove"

Set location

Here you can assign a resource to location. Where the resource can physically be found:
  • Click on "Menu" next to the resource name in the list
  • Click on "Set location"
  • Choose the building, floor and row. You can choose just building or building and floor

Connect to calendar

Here you assign a resource to the calendar which belongs to it. You will need a resource email from Office 365 or Google Workspace / Google Calendar. Alternatively iCal File (ics) URL.
  • Click on "Menu" next to the resource name in the list
  • Click on "Connect to calendar"
  • Insert resource email or iCal File (ics) URL
