Teamup installation guide

In this section you will find a tutorial on how to connect Tapirx device to teamup.

Log in to client admin

  1. Log-in to user area with your Client admin credentials here
  2. Click on "Client admin" link in menu

Adding your first resource

Resources are meeting rooms, workspaces or any other types which you need.
  1. Go to the Client admin
  2. Click on "Resources"
  3. Click on "Add resource", choose resource type, set capacity, provide resource name (Eg. Meeting room 1) and click "Add"

Get your teamup calendar key

  1. Log-in to teamup here
  2. Navigate to Settings -> Sharing
  3. Click on Add user -> Link tab
  4. Add a link with correct permissions for each calendar, which you want to show on our devices
  5. The last link URL path element is the calendar key. Eg: "ksmh1v99y2u1w168qn"

Get your teamup subcalendar id

  1. In teamup navigate to Settings->Calendars
  2. Click on the calendar, which you want to display on our device
  3. Last webpage URL path element is the subcalendar id. Eg: "88888888"

Set teamup calendar key and subcalendar id

  1. Go back to the Tapirx Client admin
  2. Navigate to Resources
  3. Select the Resource -> Menu -> Connect to calendar
  4. Insert your teamup calendar key and the subcalendar id
  5. Click on Connect

Connecting resource to device

  1. Go back to Client admin
  2. Click on "Device list"
  3. Click on "Menu" and choose "Settings"
  4. Select resource from the list
  5. Click on Save

Done

Please set up your Tapirx device as written in Setup manual which we have provided to you and your device should start showing calendar. Please allow 5-30 minutes so the device has time to start synchronizing.
